At Aqualung, we want to ensure you dive with total confidence. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Gear

  Place the unused equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received, our technicians will inspect the gear and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
